  4. International In-transit insurance against breakage costs Aud$8.70 per $100 in all methods of Post.
  5. Products WILL NOT be insured unless we are instructed by the customer to do so.
  6. It is a requirement of Postal authorities that all insurance claims for breakages or loss be completed by the recipient of the goods.
  7. Registered Post is not available for parcels over 2kg.  Express Courier Int. is the only way to have a tracking number for parcels over 2kg.
  8. All amounts are in Australian Dollars
  9. Please note that your local Customs/Postal authority may apply Import duties to imported products which have not been taken into account.

(Note: these charges are set by our Federal Government and are high by international standards. A nominal amount is included for packaging)

Note: Australian Courier delivery is slower than Australia Post, however they handle the packages better and more readily recognise insurance claims for products broken in transit or lost. Australia Post are very poor payers when it comes to insurance claims.
